Kentia Palm

Light:
The plant thrives in medium indirect light. Direct Light can burn its leaves.
Water:
Water the plant once a week. It likes its soil moist at all times but not soggy. Hold back on watering in colder months as the palm’s growth slows down during these months.
Pet-friendly:
The plant is pet-friendly.
Humidity:
Normal room humidity usually works best for kentis palm’s. The plant will suffer in high humid environments. If your home is too dry then mist the leaves daily.
Temperature:
Kentia palms can tolerate a wide range of temperatures. However they will not show good growth in temperatures below 25℉.
Fertilizer:
Feed the plant monthly during the growing season. Use a balanced liquid houseplant fertilizer diluted to half strength. Do not fertilize during winters.
Repotting:
The palm doesnt appreciate its roots being disturbed every now and then. Limit repotting to every few years. Repot only when it's absolutely necessary i.e. when the palm roots start growing out of the drainage holes or become visible at the top of the soil. Use a regular houseplant potting mix.

Yellow Leaves:
Too much water will make the leaves turn yellow, starting with older fronds. Always check the soil before watering. Water only when the top few inches of the soil are dry and make sure that the water is drained out completely.
Brown Tips:
The leaf tips are likely to turn brown if the plant is receiving direct cold or hot air. Lack of humidity will also cause the plant tips to turn brown.

We deliver all our orders within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. Standard delivery is free.

Express Shipping - AED 35:
Orders with express shipping will ship within 1-2 business days and have shipping charges of AED 35. One charge covers your entire order, regardless of how many items.

You can also have your package delivered on a specific day through express shipping at a cost of AED 35.

Return Policy:
Plants and pots are fragile, and occasional damages are inevitable despite our efforts. If your order arrived damaged, let us know at help@plantale.ae within 15 days so we can replace it as part of our 15-Day Customer Happiness Guarantee. Photos are required as proof of damage and to help us improve our packaging process. Otherwise, we cannot offer returns or exchanges at this time. If your damaged plant or pot is no longer in stock, we will refund you or offer a replacement. Due to the fragile nature of the plant, some imperfections are inevitable and can be caused by transport and handling.

Tip: Sometimes plants just need a little TLC after being in transit. One of our plant care experts may coach you through how to overcome something cosmetic, such as bent leaves.
